Ordering and Shipping
How long will it take to get my nails?
Processing Time: All our sets are hand-finished/packed with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order.
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping (US/Domestic): 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
Product Care and Maintenance
How long do the nails last? Longevity depends on your application method and lifestyle:
Adhesive Tabs: 1–3 days. Perfect for a weekend event or a night out.
Nail Glue: 1–2 weeks. Best for long-term wear.
Pro Tip: Proper nail prep (buffing and dehydrating your natural nail) is key to long-lasting wear!
Are the nails reusable? Yes! Our nails are durable and designed to be reused.
If using adhesive tabs, simply peel them off and reuse the nails instantly.
If using nail glue, we recommend carefully buffing away the dried glue from the back of the nail before wearing them again.
What comes in my kit? Each set includes 10 handmade nails tailored to your size, a mini nail file, a cuticle stick, adhesive tabs, and nail glue.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy? Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used nail sets. All sales are final.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect? We inspect every set before it leaves our studio. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at glamontips.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Custom Orders and Personalization
Can I order a custom size? Absolutely! Since our sets come with 10 nails, accurate sizing is important.
Select “Custom Size” when adding to your cart.
Leave your measurements (in millimeters) for each finger (Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky) in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
Do you do custom designs? Yes, we love bringing your ideas to life! If you have a specific design or inspiration photo, please contact us via our “Custom Order” page or email us before purchasing. Prices for custom sets vary based on complexity.
